KARAT ATICO SIAM SKIES is located in one of the most privileged areas of Costa Adeje, just behind the Siam Park water park. A very quiet area and very well connected to the tourist area of Playa de Las Américas. Just 500m away is the largest shopping center in the south of the island, Siam Mall.
This accommodation is perfectly designed with a modern concept with all the necessary communities to spend a pleasant vacation. The penthouse has generous internal living space centered around an open concept great room with the lounge, kitchen and dining area.
The three suite rooms have direct access to the outside and are furnished with double beds for a perfect rest. The bathroom in the main room has a double shower and a hydromassage bathtub where you can relax accompanied by a glass of cava and some chocolate covered strawberries. The bathrooms of the other suite rooms are fully equipped with a bathtub.
From the large terrace you can contemplate the wonderful sunsets and the panoramic views of the island of La Gomera. In the outdoor area it has a private heated pool, an outdoor shower, a table for your meals or dinners in company, a modern barbecue, ping pong table and a well-kept garden with comfortable hammocks.
On the lower floor you can find the laundry room and private indoor garage for two cars.
